A disoriented young woman stumbles through the woods towards a large, dark estate. Hesitantly, she enters this seemingly empty home. There are signs of a lush life here, but the inhabitants have disappeared. Or have they? The insides are chilling and cozy: a Pandora's Box that both haunts and entices her. Electric tableaux of the past unfold around each corner as our lost woman uncovers pieces of a bone cold truth that will lead her to one final, grounding revelation.

Through a visceral, visually striking sequence of events, Sea Meadow revamps the mystery genre using dance and choreographed gesture. The original score, by Mark degli Antoni, includes current pop Mashups. The nostalgic, eerie imagery of the past features the work of designers Rachel Comey, Moschino, Pucci and Versace. Part thriller, part surreal dream scape, Sea Meadow skews convention to investigate the universal themes of identity, mortality and memory.
